John A. Moore, Esq. is the founding member of The Moore Law Group, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm’s core practice areas include commercial litigation, personal injury, and bankruptcy.
Prior to starting the firm, John was a senior associate at the law firm of Powell Goldstein, LLP located in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an active member of the National Bar Association, the Chair-Elect of the National Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division, and the Secretary of the National Bar Association’s Small Firm’s and Solo Practitioner’s Division. John is also a member of the 2006 class of Lead Atlanta, a leadership program for young professionals, and was selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer’s Rising Star.
John received his JD in 2000 from The Florida State University College of Law, where he served as the Writing and Research Editor of The Florida State University Law Review. He also received his BS, with distinction, in Business Administration from Florida A&M University in 1996.
John is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Georgia and Florida.
